Game NotesSocial Media: Twitter | Facebook Game PreviewThe Owls head to Radford to take on the Highlanders on Sunday, March 20 at 3 p.m. Radford is in the middle of their inaugural season as a program and have a record of 1-4. The Highlanders first program win came against the same team as Kennesaw State's first program win against Howard.
Kennesaw State Team Notes• This season Kennesaw State has already had 13 players score goals through six games. Last season, the Owls had 13 goal scorers total for the season. Against Longwood alone, Kennesaw State had 10 different players score in the game.

Olivia Hokanson is back this season after sitting out the 2015 season with an injury, and she has picked up right where she left off. Hokanson leads the Owls with 12 goals after six games. With scoring in all six games, Hokanson has scored in 13 straight games dating back to 2014. In fact, out of the 19 games she has played in in her career, she has only been held scoreless in two of them.

Lucy Mills had one of the best games of her career against Gardner Webb as she finished with seven points scoring four goals and having three assists. The seven points matched a career high for her and the four goals is the second most she has had in a game. Mills netted five goals against Mercer a season ago. On the season, Mills is tied for second on the team with eight goals and is second overall on the team with 12 points.

Connor Zophy has eight goals through six games this season. During her freshman campaign last season she finished with 10 goals.
• All nine freshmen have seen the field for Kennesaw State through five games and they are providing a spark for the Owls. On the offensive end,
Haley Swift,
Taylor Catts and
Shannon Moore have combined for 15 points as Swift, Catts and Moore all have five points.
• Against Gardner Webb
Jackie Kisthardt got into the action scoring her first two career goals in the first half to keep the Owls in the game.

Emily Hallberg has had a great start to her sophomore season. She leads the team with 11 ground balls and is second on the team winning six draw controls. The 11 ground balls has already surpassed her output from her freshman season as she finished last year with 10 ground balls.
Next UpKennesaw State will head back home for its final non-conference game of the 2016 season. The Owls will host St. Mary's (CA) on Wednesday, March 23 at 4 p.m.
