SCHEDULE CHANGE: Due to impending weather, the Kennesaw State baseball team has moved its Thursday game to Friday, with a 1 p.m. start. The game will be the first of two games Friday afternoon at Stillwell Stadium.
Reeves Stepping Up…-
Drew Reeves, a freshman from Harris County, Ga., enters the weekend with nine appearances out of the bullpen.
- Reeves' nine appearances mark the most among active freshman on the Owls roster.
- in fact, Reeves has made five appearances out of the pen over KSU's last six games.
- The freshman worked three scoreless innings throughout those outings, and has struck out five batters.
Playing At Home…- The Owls have played 16 of their 34 regular-season home games over the first month of the season, going 6-10 entering the weekend.
- Kennesaw State is batting .289 in 16 games, totaling 45 extra base hits.
- The Owls have also totaled a .435 slugging percentage and .357 on-base percentage.
Home vs Away Statistics…- Kennesaw State has been outscored 120-96 at home this season, totaling 45 of their 52 extra base hits on its home grass.
- KSU has totaled a 5.94 ERA at home, striking out 135 batters and issued 76 walks.

Mason Ward made his first collegiate start last Wednesday against Tennessee Tech, throwing a career-high 4.2 innings.
- The announced crowd of 1,207 against Georgia was the largest crowd since April of 2013 until a crowd of 1,384 was announced Tuesday night against Georgia Tech – which now marks the second-largest crowd in program history.

AJ Moore made his second start at Claude Smith Field Sunday afternoon, dating back to 2015 where he made his collegiate debut. He struck out nine batters, the same amount he struck out a year ago.

Jordan Getzelman recorded his first home run in an Owl uniform Saturday afternoon at Stillwell Stadium against Mercer.
- The Owls have totaled 10 or more hits in a game 12 times, averaging 10.2 hits per contest.
