KENNESAW, Ga. – The Kennesaw State men's tennis team defeated Austin Peay 4-3 on Saturday (Mar. 3) at Kennworth Park in Acworth, Ga.
 
The Owls have won three matches in a row, moving them to 4-5 in the dual-match season.
 
Kennesaw State opened the match by sweeping the Governors in doubles action.
 
Austin Peay would answer at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, but it was not enough to hold off the Owls.
 
Sophomore David Durham gave the Owls their first victory at No. 4 singles, defeating Iago Seffrin 6-1, 6-3.
 
KSU collected two more singles victories at the No. 3 and No. 6 positions respectively.
 
Sophomore Jake Bouchillon beat Aaron Jumonville 6-2, 7-6 at No. 3 and junior Jorge Wilton defeated Evan Borowski 6,0- 6,0 at No. 6.
 
Kennesaw State will return to action on Friday (Mar. 13) against Troy University at 3 p.m. ET in Troy, Ala.
