2015-16: Helped the Owls advance to the A-Sun Semifinals for the first time in program history…Finished 5-6 in dual-match singles action for Kennesaw State…Went 3-1 at the No. 4 position and 2-3 at the No. 3 position for the Owls…Also finished with a combined 6-3 mark in dual-match doubles play…Finished 2-0 in doubles teamed with Simon Pritchard and 2-0 with Jorge Wilton.

2014-15: Valuable member of the first KSU men’s tennis team to make it to the A-Sun Conference Tournament... Went 8-10 in singles during his first season as an Owl playing at the No. 2 position…Beat the No. 107 ranked player (ITA) from Georgia Tech in singles and teamed with Manuel Castellanos to post a win over No. 73 Georgia Tech at the No. 3 doubles position... Registered an 11-2 doubles record while playing with Manuel Castellanos, Simon Pritchard and Jake Bouchillon.

High School: Was part of the Junior Davis Cup, representing his home country of Colombia... Achieved ITF ranking of 387... Brought home a pair of ITF titles and was ranked in the Top 3 during his junior years in Colombia... Named a Top 10 ITF player in the best progression category... Competed on the French Tour in the summer of 2013, earning one tournament championship title...

Personal: Was born in Cali, Colombia, to Carlos Arturo and Angela Patiño... Has one sister, Natalia... Majoring in management while at Kennesaw State...
