SCOUTING INDIANA
Indiana has started off 9-3 this season after getting a win against Notre Dame last Saturday after trailing by 16 in the second half.

The Hoosiers are led by senior point guard Yogi Ferrell. This season he is averaging 16.1 points and has averaged 18.6 points per game on 52.5 percent from the field and 47.8 percent accuracy from long range over the last five games going into the Notre Dame game. Ferrell was named second team Preseason All-American by the Sporting News and USA Today.

Troy Williams leads Indiana in rebounds, blocks and steals. He was named National Player of the Week by CBSSports.com last week.

Indiana is led by Tom Crean. He is in his eighth season as the Hoosiers head coach.

THE ALL-TIME SERIES VERSUS INDIANA
These two teams have faced off once before back in 2013. Indiana topped Kennesaw State 90-66 in that one. Ferrell led the Hoosiers that day with 25 points in the game.

1,000 Points Club
Yonel Brown is 34 points away from scoring his 1,000th career point at Kennesaw State. He currently has 966 career points after scoring 24 points against Chattanooga. If he reaches the 1,000 career point mark, he'll be the first Kennesaw State player since Delbert Love back in 2013.

Tough Schedule Early
KSU has already played three teams that have been ranked at some point this season in LSU, West Virginia and Louisville. The Owls have one more game against an opponent that has been in the AP Top 25 poll at some point when they take on Indiana December 22 at 6 p.m. on the Big Ten Network.

Taking Care of the Ball
Louisville is one of the best defensive teams year in and year out and the Owls did a good job of handling their pressure. Kennesaw State finished the game with 11 turnovers, which tied for the least amount of turnovers that KSU has had this season. The other game they had 11 was against Elon.

Going back, the Owls have had less than 15 turnovers in the past eight of nine games.

Dynamic Duo
Kennesaw State is the only team to have two players in the top six of the A-Sun in points per game. Yonel Brown is averaging 16.8 after a 24-point performance against Chattanooga and Kendrick Ray is averaging 15.5 points per game.

They are currently fifth and sixth with their scoring averages. One of them has led the team in scoring in every game except for at Arizona State, and they have combined to have eight 20-point games this season.

Floor Leader
After leading the team averaging 15.2 points per game a season ago, Yonel Brown has had a really strong start to the season. Through 13 games, he's leading the team in scoring 16.8 points per game. He's been in double figures in 12 of 13 games and has led the team seven times.

Brown also rarely comes off the floor for the Owls. He has played 508 minutes through ten games averaging 39.1 per game. Brown has played all 40 minutes in eight of the 13 games and played 42 minutes in the overtime game against Elon.
