KANSAS CITY, Mo. –
The United Soccer Coaches (USC) announced its 2025-26 team academic award recipients with the Kennesaw State women's soccer team being recognized.

In order to qualify, a team must post a combined grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Last year, the Owls shattered that mark, earning a 3.56 cumulative GPA for the 2025-26 school year. A total of 777 soccer programs accomplished that feat this past year.

Coach Chris Cahill congratulates all the student-athletes and their academic advisor Matt Sanders for the hard work they did to achieve this goal.

The USC annually celebrates the academic achievements of teams whose student-athletes collectively demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their studies over the course of a full academic year.
