ORLANDO, Fla. - The KSU Owl Network collected two finalist honors from College Sports Communicators last week as part of the organization's creative and digital design contest.
Kennesaw State baseball's first pitch dinner and preseason hype video created by Director of Video Services
Sanders Sullivan and Director of Creative Video
Bryan Dykstra was among the top submitted videos in the university division for the hype/pre-game video category.
Additionally the
Kennesaw State football gameday graphic for its Nov. 9 contest at UTEP, created by Director of Creative and Digital Media
Liam Kissinger, was recognized in the university division game day graphics category.
The finalist honors come two years after the Owl Network and Kennesaw State Athletics Communications department
tallied the third-most CSC awards in the nation in 2023.
The Owl Network also
secured seven Sports Video Group finalist honors for broadcasting and creative projects for 2024-25.
College Sports Communicators was founded in 1957 and is a 4,100-member national association for strategic, creative, and digital communicators across intercollegiate athletics in the United States and Canada. The current name of the organization was adopted following a membership-wide vote on Aug. 31, 2022.
From its founding in 1957 until the 2022 name change, the organization was known as College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
