CLINTON, S.C.- On a dreary, wet afternoon inside Bailey Stadium,
Tommy Bryant shined through the muck and turned in a career day to help propel the No. 4 Owls over Presbyterian 55-10.

Bryant collected a 51 yards rushing, including a pair of scores, and threw for 76 yards to go along with three additional scores. The five touchdowns responsible for were a career-high.

The Owls opened the game with an impressive 12 play, 63-yard drive that was capped by a one-yard touchdown rush from
Daniel David. The drive sucked up 5 minutes and 19 seconds as the Owls rushed for all 63 yards.

The Kennesaw State defense scored its second touchdown of the year on Presbyterian's first drive of the contest when
Tyler Moore picked up a fumble forced by Desmond Johnson Jr. on the 16-yard line and returned it for six. KSU found itself up 14 points at the nine-minute mark in the first quarter.

The Blue Hose scored on a wide receiver pass on their second possession and cut the score in half at with 6:30 in the first frame.

On the first possession of the second frame for the Blue Hose,
Jalen Jackson broke through the line and blocked the attempted punt to set the Owls up at the Presbyterian 25-yard line. One play later,
Tommy Bryant found
Shaquil Terry through the air to put the Owls up 14 with just over 11 minutes to play in the half.

Presbyterian tacked on a field goal at 4:34 to shrink the lead to 21-10. After calling a timeout on the final drive of the half, Bryant found
Isaac Foster wide open streaking down the field to extend the lead to 28-10 at the break. Bryant's two first half touchdowns set a career high.

Kennesaw State forced its second turnover of the day on Presbyterian's opening drive when
Bryson Armstrong stripped the quarterback and the Owls took over at PC's 24-yard line.
Tommy Bryant finished off the Owls drive with a one-yard score to put KSU up 35-10. After forcing a punt on the following drive,
Isaac Foster returned the punt 57 yards but was caught at the Presbyterian five-yard line.

Three plays after the punt return, Bryant snuck in from the one line to push the lead to 42-10 with 10:02 in the third quarter.

Kennesaw State forced another fumble on PC's next possession and Kennesaw State capitalized on the favorable field possession as Bryant Found
Jalen Jackson for a 28-yard strike to extend the lead to 49-10.

Shaq Terry found the end zone from six yards out to put the Owls on top 55-10 with 3:09 in the third quarter. The Owls defense was outstanding in the third quarter, as it allowed just 47 yards and forced three turnovers.

The fourth quarter was back-and-forth on both sides of the ball as neither team scored. The Owls ended the game on a grueling, 11 play drive that gobbled up 6 minutes and 28 seconds before ending the game.

The Owls return home to Fifth Third Bank Stadium on Oct. 26 against North Alabama.
