Appeared in all 13 games and made 11 starts at cornerback … finished fifth on the team with 43 tackles, including a season-high nine stops at Tennessee Tech (Sept. 6) … recorded a forced fumble against Georgia State in the season-opener (Aug. 30) … registered seven unassisted tackles against No. 6 Jacksonville State at SunTrust Park as the Owls recorded a 60-52 victory in five overtimes … led the team with five pass break-ups … added 4.5 tackles for loss for 15 total yards.
 
As a Sophomore at Iowa Central CC (2017)
Earned first team JUCO All-America honors after playing in all 11 games for Iowa Central … recorded a nation-leading 26 pass break-ups and team-best 105 tackles … added 5.5 tackles for loss … registered two forced fumbles and recovered two fumbles … recorded one interception for 55 yards.
