COACH SPEAK
"Full credit goes to Samford. They came out more prepared than we did and controlled the game," head coach Benji Walton. "Unfortunately, it was a game where we weren't at our best and they took it to us. Now, it is on us to be resilient, learn from this game and prepare for a very tough Mercer team on Sunday."
