BENJI BITES
"It was a hard-fought, physical game that both teams wanted to win very badly," Owls' head coach Benji Walton said. "It was a tense game all the way and they were able to score a couple times on scrambles in the box. I'm very proud of the team and there are a lot of lessons that we can take away as we move on in the season and that will help us as we prepare for conference play."
