The Owls are tied with Hawaii and No. 14 Virginia with a 9-over par total of 585. Eighth-ranked Texas leads the 16-team field with a 16-under par total of 560 and holds a seven shot advantage over No. 17 California (567).
Texas A&M is third at 1-over par 577, while UNLV and Washington State are tied for fourth at 5-over par 581. Pac-12 rivals Arizona and Washington are two shots ahead of Kennesaw State at 7-over par 583.
Sophomore
Wyatt Larkin shot a second-round 2-under par 70 and is tied with teammate
Pablo Rodriguez-Tabernero Torres for 18th with a 36-hole total of even-par 144. Cal's K.K. Limbhasut turned in the low round of the tournament with a 6-under par 66 to assume the individual lead with a two-round total of 7-under par 137, three shots better than Golden Bears teammate Shotaro Ban and Texas' Gavin Hall.
Sophomore
Fredrik Nilehn (148) is tied for 38th at 4-over par 148, while freshman
Jake Fendt (149) is tied for 43rd, and junior
Teremoana Beaucousin (153) is tied for 69th.
