Guglielmo's performance helped the Owls to a 9-over par 297 and move from 11th place following the first round to seventh in the 15-team field that includes six teams that advanced to last year's NCAA Championships, including defending national champion LSU.
After 36 holes, Kennesaw State has a 20-over par total of 596, 18-shots behind Alabama, which leads the field with a 2-over par total of 578, three shots ahead of second-place Auburn (581). Georgia Tech (582, +6) is third, while Clemson (583, +7) and South Carolina (584, +8) round out the top five. LSU (592, +16) is sixth.
Guglielmo, freshman Pablo Rodriguez-Tabernero and sophomore
Fredrik Nilehn are among a large group of players tied for 22nd at 5-over par 149, 10 shots behind Clemson's Steven Behr and Alabama's Davis Riley, who share the second-round lead at 5-under par 139. Rodriguez-Tabernero and Nilehn both recorded 2-over par scores of 74.

Teremoana Beaucousin (150, +6) and freshman
Zach Zediker (155, +11) are tied for 31st and 52nd, respectively.
Kennesaw State concludes tournament play on Sunday (Sept. 13) with third-round play beginning at 8 a.m. (ET). The Owls will be grouped with South Florida and Tennessee.
