GAME NOTES | LIVE STATS | TOURNAMENT CENTRAL | PROMOTIONS | TWITTER THE GAMES:Originally set to play in Johnson City, Tenn., at the Holiday Inn Invitational, The Kennesaw State softball team withdrew due to weather and will now be hosting the Owl Invitational at Bailey Park this weekend, March 6-8 and welcoming in Big 10 foe Indiana, as well as Austin Peay, Eastern Illinois and Saint Louis. The Owls open the tournament on Friday against Austin Peay at 2:30 p.m., before taking on Saint Louis at 5 p.m. On Saturday, KSU faces the Govs for a second time, before wrapping the tournament with Sunday games against Indiana at 12 p.m. and Eastern Illinois at 2 p.m.

Upset CityThe Owls defeated then-No. 5/6 Kentucky on Feb. 14 with UK representing the highest ranked opponent KSU has defeated since moving up to the Division I level.

Natalie Rhodes leads the league with five triples on the season, while ranking 10th in the league with a .404 batting average and is tied for fifth with 21 hits.
