THE OPPONENT:StetsonThe second-place Hatters come into Saturday's contest with an overall record of 19-6 and are 8-3 in the A-Sun after taking a 92-66 win at USC Upstate on Thursday. Stetson, who is riding a three-game win streak, owns a 6-5 mark on the road and has registered five of its six losses away from Deland, Fla. The Hatters have four players averaging double figures, led by Brianti Saunders with 14.1 points per game and followed by Jama Sharp (13.6), Amber Porter (13.2) and Myeisha Hall (13.1). Porter pulls down a team-high 7.4 rebounds per game, while Sharp adds 4.0 assists and 3.3 steals a contest. The Hatters rank second in the conference in scoring offense and scoring defense and own a +13.1 scoring margin. Stetson also ranks second in field goal percentage at 42.9 percent, while holding opponents to a league-best 35.3 percent. On the boards, the Hatters are averaging 40 rebounds per game, while holding its opponents to 37.6 a game.

Karly Frye handed out a team-high six assists.

Kristina Wells registered her fifth double-double of the season, but it was not enough as the Kennesaw State women's basketball put up a valiant effort against No. 22/24 Florida Gulf Coast before ultimately falling 71-60 in an Atlantic Sun Conference contest on Thursday (Feb. 19) night at the KSU Convocation Center. Wells equaled her season-high with 20 points to lead all scorers, including connecting on 16-of-17 from the free throw line, and pulled down a game-high 12 rebounds in the setback. Junior
Jasmine McAllister contributed 12 points and seven rebounds for the Owls, while sophomore
Deandrea Sawyers added 11 points.

She Doesn't Just ReboundMcAllister adds 13.7 points per game in overall action to rank in a tie for seventh in the A-Sun, while also ranking third and 46th in the NCAA with a 50.7 field goal percentage.
Wells Contributing Wells is also the third Owl in the top-20 for scoring and sits 17th with 11.6 points a game.
McAllister in the RankingsMcAllister's 10.5 boards per game ranks 29th in the NCAA, while the junior also leads the A-Sun and ranks 19th in the country with 4.3 offensive rebounds per game.
Wells' Last Four GamesWells is averaging 16 points, 8.6 rebounds and four assists in the last five games, while shooting the ball at a 40 percent clip from the floor and at 86.3 percent from the free throw line in that span.
A-Sun Active Career Points LeaderWells is the active career points leader in the A-Sun after going over the 1,200-point mark earlier this season. She is currently the only active player that has at least 1,300 points, 800 rebounds, 300 assists and 190 steals and has amassed 1,330 points, 808 rebounds, 313 assists and 193 steals as an Owl.
Wells from the Charity StripeAfter converting 16-of-17 free throws in the Owls' setback to FGCU, Wells now sits fifth in the conference with a 79.2 free throw percentage in A-Sun play and owns a 79.5 mark from the charity stripe in overall play to rank eighth in the league.
