THE OPPONENT:North FloridaThe Ospreys come into Saturday's contest riding a five-game losing streak, including a 46-40 setback to the Owls in the teams' previous meeting and a 59-50 loss to USC Upstate in UNF's last outing on Thursday. UNF is 10-14 on the season and owns a 1-9 A-Sun record, with its one league win coming against Northern Kentucky on Jan. 22. The Ospreys, who are 7-5 at UNF Arena, are led by Destinee Smith with 13.2 points per game, while Paulina Zaveckaite pulls down a league-leading 11.9 rebounds per contest. UNF averages 55.5 points per game, but is giving up 61.4 points per contest. They are shooting at a 36.4 percent from the floor and a 64.9 percentage from the charity stripe. UNF owns a +3.1 rebounding margin and is averaging 41.5 boards per game. On the flip side, the Ospreys hold a -5.4 turnover margin and are averaging 18.2 miscues a game, while only forcing 12.8 per game.

Jasmine McAllister earned her fifth A-Sun Newcomer of the Week accolade of the season. She registered her league-leading 12th double-double of the season with 19 points on 9-of-13 shooting and a career-high 19 rebounds, including eight boards on the offensive end.

Sawyers Leading OwlsSawyers ranks second in the A-Sun in scoring in overall action (15.1 ppg) and ranks third in conference play (15.8 ppg). She has three 20-point contests in league play.
McAllister in the Rankings, Part IMcAllister ranks second in the conference in rebounding and sixth in scoring with 13.8 points and 10.8 rebounds per game, while also ranking fourth in the A-Sun with a 49.6 percent clip from the field.
Wells on the GlassWells joins McAllister in the top-five in the conference for rebounding and ranks fifth with 8.1 boards per contest. She is also the third Owls in the top-20 for scoring and sits 17th with 11.2 points a game.
McAllister in the Rankings, Part IIMcAllister's 11.0 boards per game ranks 18th in the NCAA, while the junior also leads the A-Sun and ranks 13th in the country with 4.3 offensive rebounds per game. On the season, she has grabbed 260 boards, with 103 coming on the offensive end of the court.
Sawyers from DeepSawyers has connected on the third-most three pointers in the conference in overall action with 54 treys on the season, while also ranking ffith with 23 threes made in league play. She is averaging 2.3 three-pointers per game, which ranks fourth in the A-Sun in that category.
Wells and the RockWells owns the second-best conference assist-to-turnover ratio and is 37th in the country with a 2.0 ratio with 88 assists and just 44 turnovers in 850 minutes this season, the third-most minutes played in the A-Sun behind Frye (886) and Sawyers (876).
Wells in A-Sun HistoryWells is the active career points leader in the A-Sun after going over the 1,200-point mark earlier this season. She is currently the only active player that has at least 1,250 points, 750 rebounds, 300 assists and 180 steals and has amassed 1,298 points, 789 rebounds, 306 assists and 191 steals in 111 games as an Owl.
