As a Senior (Fall 2021)
Played in 28 games, appearing in 98 sets … third on the team with 222 kills ... recorded double-digit kills in 13 matches with a season-high 13 kills against UAB (Sept. 5) and Jacksonville St. (Sept. 26) … hit over .300 in six matches finishing the season hitting .198 ... recorded 49 digs, 24 blocks and three aces.

As a Junior (Spring 2021)
Played in all 14 games, appearing in 40 sets … one of three Owls to tally over 100 kills, recording 116 total kills ... recorded double-digit kills in five matches with a season-high 16 kills against Liberty (Feb. 20) … averaged 2.90 kills per set … hit over .400 in four matches finishing the season hitting .237 ... recorded 17 digs, 15 blocks and one ace.

As a Sophomore (2019)
Appeared in 31 matches … tallied 276 kills ranking third on the team … recorded a career-high 22 kills against FGCU (Nov. 23) in the ASUN Championship match, including the final kill to secure the tournament title … hit a career-high .536 at North Florida (10/27), logging 18 kills … finished the season with 29 blocks … totaled 56 digs … logged a total of 294.5 points … named the 2019 ASUN Tournament MVP.

As a Freshman (2018)
Appeared in 27 matches, making six starts ... recorded 192 total kills, the third most ever by a freshman in a single-season ... logged a career-high 13 kills against North Florida (Sept. 30) and Lipscomb (Nov. 6) ... finished with 54 digs and 33 blocks on the year ... named to the ASUN All-Freshman team.

High School
Ballou played middle in high school before transitioning to outside hitter for her senior year where she was named Tampa Bay Area First Team while leading the team in kills as team captain ... her junior season, she was Tampa Bay Area Second Team.
