Bailey Wilson is in her first year as an assistant coach with the Owls after spending 2023 as a student assistant for Kennesaw State. The former KSU standout, she is just one of two All-Americans in school history. She is currently helping with coaching on the defensive side for the Owls.
In her final year as an Owl, she was one of the best in the nation in the circle from her midfielder role, and she finishing second in the NCAA for most draw controls per game at 9.59, which was also a new KSU standard. That earned her All-American status from both USA Lacrosse Magazine and Inside Lacrosse, while she picked up all-conference honors as well in 2023. She played in started in all 35 games in her two years as an Owl, after spending her first three years at Furman.
Wilson is currently finishing her master's degree in architecture at Kennesaw State, after first receiving a bachelor of science degree in engineering from Furman.
