2025 First Team All-Conference USA 

As a Redshirt Sophomore (2025) 
Started all 14 games at center... Was awarded Conference USA Offensive Lineman of the Week for his efforts against New Mexico State (Nov. 8), which saw the Owls put up over 400 yards of offense ... Contributed to an offensive front that allowed the second-fewest sacks in the regular season (17), despite playing two Power 4 teams, including the eventual-National Champion Indiana Hoosiers ... In conference games, the Owls were even better allowing just 10 sacks in eight regular season games to rank second in CUSA. 

Howard (2023-24)
Appeared in 10 games on the offensive line in 2024 … helped the Bison average 143.6 rushing yards per game with 16 rushing touchdowns … appeared in one game in 2023, redshirting … appeared against Morehouse College … Bison would win MEAC Conference Championship and advance to Cricket Celebration Bowl.
 
High School
Four-year letterwinner at Seminole High School … played largely guard and center, but also played tackle in his senior year … helped lead Seminole HS to 9-3 record (3-1 district) in 2022 … helped the Seminoles to average 127.3 rushing yards per game and 29 rushing TDs … won the division in 2021 with an 11-2 (4-0) record … team ranked No. 6 in the state in 2020 with an undefeated 12-0 (3-0) record … the Seminoles finished 11-1 (5-0 division) when he was a freshman.
