Peter Chung is in his first season as the director of player personnel at Kennesaw State.
Chung arrives in Kennesaw after serving as the director of player personnel and pro liaison at Campbell, where he led the Camels to a top-five high school recruiting class in FCS. He led recruiting efforts and the development of the roster.
Prior to Campbell, Chung served in the same role at Houston Christian, becoming the youngest director of player personnel in NCAA Division I history at just 21 years old.
He led HCU football to the No. 1 high school recruiting class in the FCS in 2024 after having already led the Huskies to their best recruiting class in school history in 2023.
In 2020-23, Chung worked as a recruiting analyst at Rice, helping lead the creative charge on Rice football branding and helping lead the Owls to three of the top-five recruiting classes in program history.
Chung graduated from Rice University in December 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in sport management.
