Keith Mize is currently in his sixth year at KSU and third year as the Head Football Athletic Trainer. Keith started out at KSU as an intern athletic trainer with football in 2018. He was then promoted to Assistant Athletic Trainer with football in 2020, and finally promoted to Head Football Athletic Trainer in spring of 2021.
Prior to KSU, Mize completed his Master of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Auburn University. Mize also spent a year as an Athletic Training Intern at Wofford College, where he worked with their Women’s Basketball and Football teams.
Mize holds certifications in dry needling and graston, as well as having been trained in BFR, functional movement screening, and other soft tissue techniques.
