Saw action in two games for the Owls on the offensive line … helped anchor an offensive line that was Second in Conference USA in sacks allowed (18) in a season … part of a group that earned 1375 rushing yards in the 2024 season. 

As a Sophomore (2023) 
Appeared in seven games with five starts along the offensive line ... totaled 291 snaps on the season.

As a Freshman (2022)
Saw action in four games during his freshman campaign.

High School
Played for head coach Chad Eads at Gardendale High School … as a senior, started all 13 games for the Rockets and led his team to the quarterfinals in the state playoffs … was a North/South All-Star game selection and won the team’s academic and coach’s award … in his junior year, started all 13 games and was selected to the first team all-region … led the Rockets to the second round of the state playoffs … received the coach’s award … in his sophomore year, started all 12 varsity games and helped his team reach the second round of the state playoffs … as a freshman, started 12 games and received the academic award.

Personal 
Is the son of Nathan and Rebekah Wright … has two brothers, Jude and Josiah, and five sisters, Ceci, Gia, Nina, Gloria and Amelia … is undecided on his major.
