Played and started in all 12 games for the Owls on the defensive line … earned 45 total tackles on the season … tied for second on the team in total sacks (3) and third in tackles for loss (7.5) … had his season-high in total tackles (9) against UTEP (Nov. 9) … had back-to-back weeks where he earned a sack against Sam Houston (Nov. 16) and FIU (Nov. 23) 

As a Junior (2023)
Started all nine games on the defensive line ... recorded 24 tackles (13 solo) with 3.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks ... led the team with five quarterback hurries and added one pass break up ... made his KSU debut and first start in the season-opening win against Tusculum (Aug. 31) ... tallied three tackles (two solo) ... registered four tackles (two solo) and 0.5 tackles for loss in week two at Chattanooga (Sept. 9) ... posted five tackles (four solo) with 1.5 tackles for loss against Tennessee Tech (Sept. 23) ... added two tackles (one solo) with 0.5 sacks in the victory against Lincoln (Oct. 28) ... posted two tackles (all solo) and one loss for a seven-yard loss at Sam Houston (Nov. 4).

At Eastern Illinois University 
Played in 20 career games, with 14 career starts on the defensive line … as a sophomore finished with 23 tackles (13 solo) … tied for the team lead with three sacks and was fourth on the team with six tackles for loss … also recovered one fumble … in his freshman campaign, was a second team All-Ohio Valley Conference selection … ranked first in the OVC with 11 tackles for loss … ended the year with 38 tackles (19 solo).  

High School 
Played defensive end for coach Kyle Enright at Decatur Central High School in Indianapolis … as a senior led team to a 9-3 record advancing to the Indiana Class 5A Sectional Championships … made 61 tackles with 25 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks … as a junior recorded 88 tackles with eight sacks and two fumble recoveries … led team to Class 5A state runner-up finish with a 12-2 record … named honorable mention All-State as a junior.

Is the son of Johnny and Dawn Miles … has three brothers, Johnny, Isaiah, and Roman and three sisters, Ashley, Chanel and Lexe … plans to major in digital media.
