Played at Moody High School under head coach Jake Ganus … as a senior, completed 70% of his passes with 3,006 yards and 37 touchdowns through the air … also had 422 rushing yards and four touchdowns … had over 2,500 yards of total offense with 30 touchdowns as a junior … scored 40 total touchdowns and around 3,000 offensive yards … earned all-state, all-county, all-region and offensive MVP awards during his four years.
