Kennesaw State University Athletics

Nussbaum enters into his first season with Kennesaw State in 2025 as an assistant special teams coach. He previously served as a student special teams coach with the Tennessee Volunteers from May 2023 to December 2024, assisting in weekly opponent scheme and personnel breakdowns.  

Prior to that he was a student personnel and scouting assistant for the Vols, helping the defensive coordinator with area and position recruiting. 

He graduated from Tennessee in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in education.
