Spent all 14 games as the Owls’ starting nose tackle … finished 15^th in the Big South in total tackles (31) among all ends and linemen … finished 12^th in the league among ends and linemen in assisted tackles (16) … also recorded 15 solo tackles … posted 1.5 tackles-for-loss for 3 yards … recovered his first collegiate fumble at home against Monmouth (Nov. 18) … racked up a career-high eight tackles in the FCS Playoff quarterfinals on the road against Sam Houston State (Dec. 9) … posted a career-best 1.5 tackles-for-loss at home against North Greenville (Sept. 30) … broke up two total passes on the year ... recorded four or more tackles in three games … posted four tackles on the road at Alabama State (Sept. 16) and in the first-round FCS Playoffs matchup at home against Samford (Nov. 25).

As a Sophomore (2016) 
Appeared in 10 games for the Owls on the defensive line ... recorded 13 tackles ... tallied 0.5 tackles for loss and 0.5 sacks ... registered a career-high four tackles at Charleston Southern (Nov. 19) ... tallied three tackles and made a key fourth down tackle for a loss at Monmouth (Oct. 29).
