ADA PARKING
Public handicap parking is available in the Student Center Visitor Lot on campus. For transportation to the stadium from the visitor parking lot, the Big Owl Bus will stop in front of the Siegel Student Recreation and Activities Center and transport fans to Fifth Third Stadium. There are also ADA parking spaces available in the Gold Lot. Click here to purchase a Gold Lot pass.
ADA SEATING
Requests for ADA seating may be made in advance online for single game purchases or by contacting the KSU Ticket Office.
ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted inside of Fifth Third Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training.
ATMs
There is one ATM kiosk located inside Fifth Third Stadium. It is located on the south end of the stadium just inside of Gate A.
BABY CHANGING AREAS
Baby changing stations are located in all restrooms in the stadium.
BAG/BACKPACKS
For safety and security purposes, the stadium will enforce a Clear Bag policy. Click here for more information.
BALL RETURN POLICY
Footballs that enter the seating area must be returned to the field.
BOTTLES/CANS/OUTSIDE BEVERAGES
No outside food or drink, including bottled water, and/or cans and glass bottles are allowed.

CONCESSIONS
Fifth Third Bank Stadium has partnered with Premier Events to provide a variety of concessions options at all events. You can expect stadium standard food along with local favorites including food trucks. Credit cards will accepted with in the stadium, all transactions will be cashless.
EMERGENCIES
Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member, security personnel or police officer. In the event of a serious emergency at Fifth Third Stadium, all event staff, event security, police and Cobb County emergency response agencies are ready and available to assist all guests, including guests with disabilities. Pertinent information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and stadium televisions and scoreboards.
ENTRANCE GATES
There are five guest entrances to Fifth Third Stadium. The locations are as follows:
» Superior Plumbing Gate (Southwest corner of the stadium): All guests
» Georgia Natural Gas Gate (West side of the stadium): All guests, Premium seating, Media Will Call, player guest
» Gate C (North side of the stadium): Football Recruits, All Sport Recruits, High School Coaches
FIRST AID
First Aid stations are located on the West concourse by sections 108-109 and on Eat Street on East concourse. EMS personnel will be located throughout the stadium.
GATE OPENING TIMES
Fifth Third Stadium will open 90 minutes prior to the start of games.
GUEST SERVICES
The Kennesaw State University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics strives to ensure a positive game day experience for all fans. While inside the stadium, Fan Experience tents are available to assist you with any questions or concerns. Fan Experience tent is located inside of the Georgia Natural Gas Gate on the East Concourse.
LOST AND FOUND
All Guests needing to claim or report lost items during an event should visit the fan experience tents by Georgia Natural Gas Gate. At the end of each event, all unclaimed items will be turned in to security (KSUPD). Guests must present valid photo identification and sign a receipt in order to claim lost items. The Kennesaw State University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
LOST CHILDREN AND GUESTS
Lost children and guests should be taken to any police officer or event staff personnel for assistance.
METAL DETECTORS
All patrons will be asked to pass through metal detectors when they arrive, In order to ensure a safe environment. To minimize impact, please be prepared to remove your cell phone, camera, hat, keys and any other large metal objects from your person. You will not need to remove your watch, wallet, belt, jacket, shoes or coins. Fan are encouraged to arrive early and familiarize themselves with security screening.
OWL WALK
The team will be dropped off on Busbee Drive at the entrance to the green lot two hours before kickoff. Led by the band and spirit squads, head coach Brian Bohannon will escort the Owls off the buses and into the stadium.
PARKING
Fans are encouraged to prepay for parking by clicking here. Gameday parking will only be available in the Black and Grey Lots for $20 and cashless. Click here for a parking map.
Student parking is located in the Green Lot at 3305 Busbee Drive. Student parking passes can be claimed and saved to their student ID once the ticket window opens each Monday.
PLAYER-GUEST (KENNESAW STATE)
Guests of Kennesaw State University student-athletes may pick up tickets at Georgia Natural Gas Gate beginning one hour prior to kickoff. Per NCAA rules, each person receiving a ticket must be present with a photo ID in order to sign for tickets. Guests of players are required to enter the stadium when they receive their ticket and must follow stadium policies regarding no re-entry.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Outside alcoholic beverages
Weapons of any kind (i.e. knives (including pocket knives), pepper spray, stun-guns, slingshots, concealed weapons, firearms, etc.)
Fireworks of any kind (including smoke bombs and flares)
No glass and plastic bottles, cans, coolers, containers, food or beverages of any kind
Air horns, whistles, seat cushions with backs
Illegal drugs or chemicals
Laser pointers
Umbrellas
Animals (except service animals)
Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, etc.
Other items as may be determined by stadium security, staff or management
Personal cameras are permitted. Professional cameras/large detachable lens and tripods are not permitted without promoter approval. Video is only permitted with promoter approval and credentials.
RAIN DELAY
Kennesaw State University football games would only be delayed for lightning or other emergency conditions.
RE-ENTRY
There is a no re-entry policy in effect for Fifth Third Stadium. Once a guest exits the stadium, they will not be allowed back in for the remainder of the event.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time changes. All tickets should be treated like cash. The Kennesaw State Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost/stolen. Please stop at the ticket office on the west side of the stadium if you have lost your ticket to have a new ticket generated.
RESTROOMS
Public restrooms are conveniently located throughout Fifth Third Stadium. All restrooms are accessible to our guests with disabilities.
SMOKING
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside Fifth Third Stadium. Kennesaw State University is a smoke and tobacco free campus.
TAILGATING
Normal tailgating policies are enforced.
UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are not allowed inside Fifth Third Stadium and are listed on the prohibited items list.
