Signing Day Central



 

History will be made on Wednesday, February 5, 2014, when Kennesaw State signs its inaugural football recruiting class during National Signing Day. The Kennesaw State Department of Athletics will have a number of events scheduled throughout the day and will provide up-to-the-minute coverage of all the signees, including a live "Board Cam" and streaming of head coach Brian Bohannon's press conference.

A special "Signing Day Central" page will be available at www.KSUOwls.com. Beginning at 7 a.m. (ET), KSUOwls.com will provide live look-ins into the coaches' board room, a Cover It Live blog, along with tweets and interviews following the signings of the newest Owls. Updates also will be posted on Kennesaw State's football Twitter account @KennesawStFB and at @KSUOwlNation.

For media members, a press conference officially announcing the recruiting class will be held at 3:30 p.m. inside the coaches facility. A live webcast of the event will be available and can be accessed by clicking on the "Live Press Conference" link under the Features link on this page. Bohannon will provide an overview of the signing class and will be acompanied by his coaching staff.

The KSU Department of Athletics is inviting The Owls Fund members, football Letter of Intent (LOI) holders and athletics supporters to a celebration event where head coach Brian Bohannon will introduce the program’s inaugural recruiting class.

The celebration will be held at the football coaches’ offices located at 3380 Town Point Drive, Suite 340, in Kennesaw beginning at 6 p.m. Space is limited, and for more information contact The Owls Fund at (770) 794-7836 or theowlsfund@kennesaw.edu. RSVPs are required and due by Jan. 24.

Per NCAA rules, the Kennesaw State Department of Athletics will announce a signee when the program has received and KSU Compliance has verified the signee's National Letter of Intent. Signees are not officially Owls until approved and listed on this website page.
