  • The last time Kennesaw State scored 98 or more points in a single game was February 27, 2005 when it put up 103 against UNC Pembroke.
  • The 98 points scored in tonight’s game are the most points scored by an Atlantic Sun Conference team this season. It is also the most points scored that the Black and Gold have ever scored as a Division I member.
  • South Carolina State scored 102 points in tonight’s game which are the most points that a Kennesaw State opponent has scored since January 25 when East Tennessee State scored 110 points.
  • Freshman guard Delbert Love recorded career-highs in points with 22, assists with eight and minutes played with 46 in tonight’s loss.
  • Senior guard Spencer Dixon registered career-highs in minutes played with 50, field goals made with 10 and three point field goals made with six.
  • Junior forward Aaron Anderson tallied a career-high 45 minutes in the game and he also recorded his second double-double of the season, and the fifth of his career, with 13 points and 12 rebounds.
  • Tonight marked the first overtime game played at the Convocation Center since December 3, 2009 when KSU fell to Belmont 75-70.
  • Junior guard Markeith Cummings scored in double digits for the 65th time in his 67 game career as an Owl.
  • Cummings also etched his name in the Kennesaw State record books as he now holds the record for most 20+ points point games in a career with 27 passing Ronell Wooten.
