2014: Saw action in six games as a true freshman, starting five contests … Posted a 2-3-1 record in goal for the Owls … Registered a 1.91 goals-against average after giving up 10 goals in 472 minutes … Recorded 15 saves for save percentage of 60 percent … Earned both her wins in Atlantic Sun Conference play with a 2-1 victory over Stetson on Oct. 3 and a 1-0 win over Jacksonville on Oct. 10 … Totaled a season-high seven saves in her first career start against Alabama on Aug. 22 … Posted four saves against Florida Gulf Coast on Oct. 5 and three saves against Georgia State on Aug. 25.Â
HIGH SCHOOL:Â A four-year starter at Heritage High School, Carter earned All-Region First-Team and Second-Team accolades following her sophomore and junior seasons ... While at HHS, the Coach's Award and Most Valuable Player honoree set school records for most career saves (322), as well as career shutouts (35) ... A member of the '96 Georgia Olympic Development Program (ODP), she was invited to its region camp as well as being selected to go to the ODP National Championship in March of 2013, where her team placed third at the tournament ... Played for the Tophat Soccer Club as a senior ... A two-time Rockdale Citizen Athlete of the Week ... Has played club soccer with the Rockdale Youth Soccer Association (RYSA) Revolution Club since her freshman year, as well as guest playing with the Tophat Soccer Club 13 Gold team during her junior season.
