Played in 13 games last season, while making one start … recorded her lone shot of the season in KSU’s 4-1 loss to Stetson (10/1) … made the first start of her collegiate career in the Owls’ 1-0 loss to Florida Gulf Coast (10/3).
As a Freshman (2008)
Played one season for Clemson, appearing in five games in 2008.
Prep Career
A four-year varsity letter-winner and starter in soccer at Roswell High School in Roswell, Ga., where she was named to the Honor Roll all four years and was a member of National Honor Society … was team captain and team MVP her senior year … a six-year member of the Georgia ’89 Olympic Development Program, helping her team to the Region 3 ’89 ODP Championship in 2005 … also played for Gwinnett Soccer Association Phoenix Red 90 club team.
Personal
Born on November 23, 1989 ... daughter of Ana and Jorge Blanco ... has a younger brother named Panchito ... biology major in the College of Math and Science.
