KENNESAW, Ga. – Headlined by three first-team honorees, Kennesaw State football featured a whopping 14 preseason selections to the all-Conference USA teams on
Phil Steele 2026 College Football Preview.
As the reigning Conference USA Champions, only two teams featured more preseason all-CUSA selections than the Owls.
Leading the way on the first team was offensive lineman
Nikola Milovac, linebacker
Baron Hopson and defensive back
Tyler Hallum.
Making their way to the second team was defensive linemen
Marcus Patterson and
Jaiden Grimes, as well as defensive back
Kody Jones and wide receiver
Zion Booker.
The Owls featured four players on the third-team preseason all-CUSA – offensive lineman
Mateo Guevara, linebacker
Tywon Christopher, defensive back
Isaac Paul and wideout
Davis Bryson.
Rounding out Kennesaw State's representative on
Phil Steele's all-conference fourth team is running back
Latrelle Murrell and wide receiver
Brayden Munroe, as well as offensive lineman
Precious Ekeh.
