Seid Wins Pole Vault as KSU Finishes Regular Season at Torrin Lawrence Memorial

ATHENS, Ga. — The Kennesaw State track and field squads wrapped up the outdoor regular season Saturday at the Torrin Lawrence Memorial.

Women's Recap
Kali Terza recorded a throw of 67.41m (221-2) to finish second in the hammer throw.

Natalie Harris ran 13.65 seconds to win her heat and place ninth in the 100-meter hurdles.

Ebony Whyte and Kennadie Singleton each posted times of 11.66 seconds to finish 11th and 12th, respectively, in the 100 meters.

Keira Hight (3.92m | 12-10.25) and Lilly Chouinard (3.62m | 11-10.5) finished fourth and sixth in the pole vault.

Myesha Hall recorded a jump of 6.01 meters (19-8.75) to place fifth in the long jump.

May Humpert (2:09.56), Samantha Hartman (2:10.79), Kelly Miles (2:11.85) and Miah Johnson (2:19.17) placed third, fifth, seventh and 10th, respectively, in the 800 meters.

Victoria Joyce recorded a mark of 12.77 meters (41-10.75) to finish fourth in the triple jump.

Men's Recap
Simon Seid earned KSU's lone victory of the day, clearing 5.24m (17-2.25") to win the pole vault.

Chinedum Ike (15.29m | 50-2) and Cameron Dean (15.18m | 49-9.75) finished second and fifth in the triple jump.

Chance Cross placed sixth in the 200 meters with a time of 21.01 seconds.

Jase Hunter recorded a throw of 63.16m (207-3) to finish sixth in the hammer throw.

Cameron Guadiano placed fifth in the 110-meter hurdles in 14.27 seconds.

Kenyatta Bennett and Gage Voyles each cleared 2.17 meters (7-1.5) to finish second and fourth in the high jump.

Joao Dalandrea (53.06m | 174-1) and Rickey Robbins (52.52m | 172-4) placed third and fourth in the discus.

Edwin Kiprono ran 1:50.15 to finish seventh in the 800 meters.

Aidan Boyd recorded a throw of 65.18m (213-10) to place fourth in the javelin.
 

East Coast Relays Recap
Emma Sullivan won the 800 meters in 2:01.57 at Hodges Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. Riley Perlakowski placed seventh in 2:09.27.
