As a Junior (2023)

Placed second in the hammer throw with a distanced= of 61.00m (200’1”) and seventh in the shot put with a distance of 12.66m (41’6.5”) at the Don McGarey Invitational ... took home first in the hammer throw with a distance of 61.91m (203’1”) at the KSU Invitational ... finished first in the hammer throw with a distance of 62.22m (204’2”) and fifth in the shot put with a distance of 12.51m (41’0.5”) at the Samford Alabama Track Challenge 2023 ... placed fourth in the hammer throw with a distance of 59.12m (193’11”) at the Georgia Tech Invitational ... won first in hammer throw at the distance of 64.33m (211’1”) at the UNF East Coast Relays ... finished first in the hammer throw with a distance of 61.02m (200’2”) and ninth in the shot put with a distance of 12.36m (40’6.75”) at the ASUN Outdoor Track and Field Championships ... placed eighth in the hammer throw with a distance of 64.11m (210’4”) ...

Finished fourth in the weight throw with a distance of 17.36m (56’11.5”) at the 2023 Rod McCravy Memorial Track & Field ... placed ninth in the weight throw with a distance of 18.73m (61’5.5”) at the Bob Pollock ... placed sixth in the weight throw with a distance of 18.19m (59’8.25”) at the Doc Hale VT Meet ... took home eighth with a personal best in the weight throw at a distance of 19.00m (62’4”) at the Music City Challenge ... landed third in the weight throw with a distance of 18.08m (59’4”) and sixth with a personal best in shot put at a distance of 12.98m (42’7”) at the ASUN Indoor Track & Field Championships ...

Won the hammer throw at the Emory Final Qualifier 2022 with a personal best throw of 57.52m(188’ 8”) … took second in the hammer throw at the ASUN Track & Field Championships with a throw of 56.53m(185’ 5”) … placed first in the hammer throw at the Don McGarey Invitational with a throw of 52.27m(171’ 6”).
