CANDLER, N.C. — Kennesaw State men's tennis made quick work of UNC Asheville in a 4-0 win on Friday afternoon at Enka High School Tennis Courts.
Dominic Ducariu and
Ben Hudson took No. 1 Doubles 6-1.
Xavi Ferrer and
Anthony Weingarten sealed the doubles point for the Owls with a 6-2 win on court three.
Nathan Walters and
Leon Peranovic then won their respective singles matches in straight sets to put KSU up 3-0. Walters overcame UNC Asheville's Martin Fuks (6-2, 6-4) on court five, while Peranovic took court two from Daniel Franco-Key (6-4, 7-5).
Ducariu secured the match for the Owls with a 6-1, 6-7 (5-7), 6-2 win on court four over the Bulldogs' Trevor Gray.
Walters and Ducariu both extended singles' winning streaks to five and three matches, respectively.
