KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State women's lacrosse returns to the friendly confines of Walens Family Field at Fifth Third Stadium for the home opener against Gardner-Webb. The 3 p.m. match will be streamed live on ESPN+.
A FEW NOTES
» The Owls look to make it seven in a row against the Runnin' Bulldogs in the all-time series, with the Owls coming away with a thorough 17-5 victory in Boiling Springs last season.
» Defender
Aislinn Pendergast will play in her 50th career game on Thursday; the senior has led the defense this year and is first on the team in caused turnovers with three and tied for third with three ground balls.
» Monmouth transfer
Caleigh Shore has been an early standout for the Owls, leading the team in points and assists, and is second in draw controls.
» Goalkeeper
Mia Nardi has been stout in the cage for the Owls, boasting an impressive .545 save percentage (16th in NCAA) and is only allowing 8.99 goals-against average (38th in NCAA)
