KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State women's lacrosse welcomes the addition of Sarah Dudick to its coaching staff as an assistant coach, Owls head coach Laura Maness announced on Friday.

"I am excited to have Sarah join our lacrosse staff," said Maness. "She embodied what it meant to be a student-athlete as a player and team captain at Limestone. As a member of the coaching staff at Limestone she was able to have a lot of success taking her team to postseason play. We feel like she will be a good role model for our athletes and give us a competitive edge to compete for championships!"

Sarah joins the Owls after serving as a graduate assistant coach at Limestone University during the 2024-25 season, where she assisted with player development, practice planning, and game preparation while helping guide the program to postseason competition. She earned her bachelor of science in kinesiology from Limestone in 2024 and is currently completing her master's degree in sports business at Belmont Abbey .

"I am so excited for this opportunity to be a part of the Kennesaw women's lacrosse program," said Dudick. "I look forward to getting to know the team and having a great year!"

A highly accomplished collegiate athlete, Sarah was a three-year member of the Limestone team (2021–24) and served as team captain in both the 2023 and 2024 seasons. Her career honors include All-American recognition, IWLCA All-Region honors, multiple First Team All-Conference selections, Team MVP, and Female Student-Athlete of the Year honors. During the 2023 season, she recorded 52 goals and 61 points.

Prior to Limestone, Sarah played at Harford Community College, where she was a key contributor to the 2019 NJCAA National Championship team. She earned NJCAA First Team All-American honors, was named Offensive MVP of the National Tournament, and set the program's single-season scoring record.
