KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State women's lacrosse has again turned in an impressive performance in the classroom, as for the fifth straight year the Owls were named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad for the 2025 season, the national organization announced on Wednesday. In addition, a school-record 10 players were named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll.
Just 383 schools acrosse Division I, II, III and NAIA received Honor Squad status, in which a team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.

Natalia Cruz,
Kendal Elison,
Julia Ferguson,
Anna Beth Frank,
Shannon Harrington,
Reece Morrish,
Jordyn Olivo,
Aislinn Pendergast and
Devon Webb all earned spots on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll for having earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
This marked the second straight year Angelo and Webb have been named to the team, while it was the first such academic award for the other eight Owls.
The IWLCA honors come just a month after a program-record tying six players were named to the CSC Academic All-District team.
