KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State women's lacrosse plays its final road game of the regular season on Saturday as they make the trip up north to face the first-place Liberty Flames in an 11 a.m. contest. The game will be streamed live on ESPN+.
A FEW NOTES
» KSU comes into the contest looking for its second win of the conference season, following a week in which they played Jacksonville down to the final minutes before falling by two at home. That was followed by a road loss at Queens.
» Preseason All-Atlantic Sun selection Shannon Harrington is pacing the Owls this season with a team-high 44 goals which ranks her 22nd in the nation and tops in the Atlantic Sun. Senior co-captain Alyssa Angelo meanwhile is actually the team lead in total points thanks to 22 goals and a team-high 25 assists for 47 total points. Her 25 assists are currently the 33rd-highest total in the NCAA.
» A pair of freshmen in Lexi Tinker and Marleigh Belinfanti rank second and third on the team in scoring with 23 and 22 goals, respectively.
