KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State women's lacrosse continues its four-game home stand with a Sunday afternoon contest against Wofford. The game starts at 3 p.m. from Fifth Third Stadium and will be streamed live on ESPN+.
A FEW NOTES
» Both teams are coming off losses and looking to get back into the win column in the non-conference matchup.
» The Owls have a comfortable lead in the series, holding a 4-2 advantage all-time, though are looking to avenge last years' setback in Spartanburg.
» Also coming to visit the Owls at Fifth Third this month is Presbyterian on March 15, and Lindenwood in the Atlantic Sun conference opener on March 23.
» Preseason All-Atlantic Sun selection Shannon Harrington is pacing the Owls this season with a team-high 17 goals for 19 points. Senior co-captain Alyssa Angelo meanwhile is actually the team leader in total points thanks to nine goals and a team-high 11 assists. Next on the team in scoring is a pair of freshmen in Marleigh Belinfanti (eight goals, 11 points) and Lexi Tinker (six goals, nine points).
