KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State women's lacrosse opens Atlantic Sun Conference play this weekend, as the Owls welcome Lindendwood to Fifth Third Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The game will have a 12 p.m. start and will be streamed live on KSUOwls.com. This game will also be part of the Office of Global Education's "Year of Canada" program, and there will be representatives from the office onsite at the game as well as free giveaways.
A FEW NOTES
» Linderwood is brings a 7-1 mark into Saturday's game, and this will mark its seventh game of the year away from home..
» The Owls are riding a two-game win streak after home wins over Wofford and Presbyterian the last two weekends, both in Fifth Third Stadium.
» Preseason All-Atlantic Sun selection Shannon Harrington is pacing the Owls this season with a team-high 25 goals. Senior co-captain Alyssa Angelo meanwhile is actually the team leader in total points thanks to 15 goals and a team-high 15 assists for 29 points. Next on the team in scoring is freshmen Marleigh Belinfanti with 10 goals and five assists.
