Owls Fall Just Short at No. 38 Boise State Friday

BOISE, IDAHO. – The Kennesaw State men's tennis team battled to the end but came up on the short end of a 4-3 loss at No.38 Boise State at the Boas Indoor Tennis Center on Friday.
 
The Broncos won the doubles point and three singles to clinch the victory.
 
The three KSU singles wins came on courts one-three. Mikolaj Lis downed No. 108 Jett Middleton 6-4, 6-3 on court one. Over on court two, Hugo Salmeron collected a 6-2, 3-6, 6-4 victory over Lukas Velik. Anthony Weingarten closed the match with a 7-5. 7-6 (7-2) win over Julius Seifert.
 
Next Up
The Owls will remain in Boise and face Montana State on Saturday, Mar. 15 at 1 p.m. ET.
