KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State women's lacrosse is back in the Peach State and looking for its first win of the season as the Owls will take on Life University in a 6 p.m. contest on Wednesday night. The game will be streamed live on YouTube.
A FEW NOTES
» This will be the first-ever meeting between the two Metro Atlanta schools in the sport of women's lacrosse.
» KSU is returning seven starters from a season ago, highlighted by senior midfielder
Hannah Davis and junior attacker
Shannon Harrington, while junior
Lauren Dobbs is expected to lead the defensive effort. There will be a change in the KSU goal after the graduation of a pair of senior goaltenders in the offseason. This year, the Owls will turn to senior
Natalia Cruz, while backing her up will be freshman
Mia Nardi.
» The Owls will stay in the area for their next game when they host Canisius on Sunday afternoon at Fifth Third Stadium.
