KENNESAW, Ga. – A season-opening trip to Tallahassee and a home showdown against perennial powerhouse Florida highlight the 2026 Kennesaw State women's lacrosse schedule, as the Owls announced their full schedule on Wednesday. KSU will play a 17-game regular season schedule which includes an eight-game Atlantic Sun Conference slate.

"Our 2026 schedule is full of a variety of teams which we have never played before, adding a new and exciting challenge for us," said KSU Head Coach Laura Maness. "Both Florida State and La Salle are programs we have never played, so we are looking forward to both of those games. Additionally, being able to host national contender Florida at home will provide a great opportunity for our team to compete against the best. Our goal is to always set our team up for success in conference play and I believe the different styles of play we will see in the first two months will fully prepare us to have success in our conference on our quest for an Atlantic Sun championship!"

The regular season officially begins with a matchup on Monday, Feb. 9, as the Owls travel to face first-year program Florida State in the Seminoles' inaugural contest. KSU will remind on the road the following weekend with a match at Winthrop (Feb. 14) before returning to Kennesaw for the home opener on Thursday, Feb. 19 against Gardner-Webb.

Conference play in the ASUN will look different this year with the addition of Delaware and Austin Peay. The Owls open league play at home against Queens (March 19) and Lindenwood (March 26). April features a mix of tests, including a home contest against another first-year program in Austin Peay (April 4) along with a road trip to Newark, Del., to face Delaware (April 9). KSU's Senior Day match will be against Stetson on April 16, while the regular season will conclude at Coastal Caroline on April 22.

The 2026 Atlantic Sun Tournament will be hosted in Jacksonville, Fla., from April 28 to May 2. With the addition of two teams to the conference, six teams will qualify for this year's tournament field.
