MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- A visit to Dave & Busters and practice at a local football field highlighted Kennesaw State football's first full day in Myrtle Beach, leading up to Friday's Myrtle Beach Bowl versus Western Michigan (11 a.m. - ESPN).
The day started with the Owls taking the field at a local football field and holding a normal practice for game week. While not at the typical fields of the KSU campus, the team took full advantage of the facility for a two-hour practice under clear blue skies.
After practice, Kennesaw State returned to the hotel and cleaned up before a fun, game-filled night at Dave & Busters. In between a bowl-sponsored game night, the team also got a tremendous buffet of food to cap the evening.
ON TAP FOR WEDNESDAY: Following another morning practice, Kennesaw State's entire team will participate in a community service event in town before hitting the town for another fun team outing by the bowl game.
