KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State football's regular season ended in thrilling and exciting fashion on Saturday as the Owls defeated Liberty in double-overtime to finish the regular season with a tremendous 9-3 overall record and 7-1 mark in conference action.
With Saturday's results, Kennesaw State earns a share of the 2025 Conference USA Regular-Season Championship title and clinches a spot in the 2025 Air National Guard CUSA Football Championship Game on Friday, Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. ET.
The Owls will travel to Jacksonville, Ala. for a rematch against longtime foe Jax State. The two teams played a thriller earlier in the season with the Gamecocks getting the edge.

Wednesday, Dec. 3 at noon ET to purchase their tickets through Kennesaw State and guarantee their seats with Owl Nation. Following a sellout of KSU's allotment or the deadline, fans will have to purchase through Jax State.
The 21
st annual CUSA football championship game will kick off at 7 p.m. ET and will be broadcast live on CBS Sports Network and the KSU Owls app.
BOWL SEASON
Kennesaw State is bowl eligible in just its second year a part of FBS and its first season of bowl eligibility. The Owls' 9 wins on the remarkable season rank fourth all-time for most wins in the second year of reclassification from FCS to FBS.
KSU could be eligible to compete in the College Football Playoff and its bowl games based on seeding, along with seven bowl games through Conference USA.
