DALLAS – Kennesaw State football's highly anticipated showdown on the road at Jax State on Saturday, Nov. 15 has been elevated to ESPNU, Conference USA and ESPN announced Monday. Kickoff is now set for 8 p.m. ET.
With six nationally televised matchups previously scheduled (co-leading Conference USA), the added matchup in Jacksonville, Ala. pushes the Owls to a conference-best seven games on national televised channels in 2025 – including four on ESPNU.
Kennesaw State is one of the country's hottest teams right now, having won six-straight games to become the ninth team to become bowl eligible in its first season of full-fledged status. The six-game win streak is also tied for seventh-longest active in all FBS.
The Owls are joined by Notre Dame in longest win streak after starting 0-2 this season (six games), a feat that hasn't been accomplished by an FBS team since Iowa in 2020.
Heading into Week 11, Kennesaw State and Jax State are tied for co-lead in the Conference USA standings. Both sitting at 4-0 in league play, KSU sports a 6-2 overall record, while the Gamecocks hold a 5-3 record.
The Owls are back on the road this weekend when they travel almost 1,300 miles to New Mexico State. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. ET and will be broadcast live on ESPN+ and the KSU Owls app.
