CLINTON, S.C. - The Kennesaw State men's tennis team secured a 6-1 win over Presbyterian on Friday afternoon at the Templeton Tennis Courts.

KSU (1-0) won the doubles point and 5 singles matches to move to 1-0 for the fourth consecutive season.

The Owls picked up a 6-0 win on court two from
Erik Vladimirov and
Hugo Salmeron. KSU would clinch the point on court three with
Anthony Weingarten and Leo Phijidivijan collecting a 6-4 victory.

Hugo Salmeron got the Owls on the board first defeating Evgenios Vasilakis 6-2, 6-2 on court three.
Sam Baldwin defeated Marco Foglieni 6-4, 6-2 on court five to give KSU a 3-0 lead. Freshman
Xavi Ferrer clinched the victory with a 6-3, 7-6 (8-6) win over Eduardo Valentin. Freshman
Erik Vladimirov downed Daksh Prasad 6-4, 5-7, 6-3.
Anthony Weingarten secured KSU's final point with a 7-6, 8-6 (7-5) win over David Mamalat on court one.
