KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State women's lacrosse continues to rack up academic recognition this summer, as for the fourth straight year the Owls were named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad for the 2023-24 season.
Only 323 schools across Division I, II, III, and NAIA received the IWLCA honor. To qualify for this prestigious honor, the women's lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.
Alyssa Angelo,
Abbey Behn,
Errin Crowe,
Caroline Farley,
Julia Weiss,
Hannah Barth,
Shea Murphy and
Devon Webb all earned spots on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll for having earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
This marked the second straight year Crowe, Farley, Murphy and Weiss have been named to the team, while it was the first such academic award for the other four Owls.
The IWLCA honors come just a month after a program-record six players were named to the CSC Academic All-District team.
