KENNESAW, Ga.- The Kennesaw State women's tennis team concluded their regular season with a 7-0 victory over Eastern Kentucky on Sunday afternoon. The Owls finished their season going undefeated at home with a 7-0 record for the first time in program history. KSU finished in a five-way tie for second in the Atlantiic Sun Conference regular season standings. 
 
How It Happened
The Owls secured the doubles point  to start the match. 
Taylor Dean and Ema Barianakova defeated Marilou Cote and Emmeline Polevoi (EKU) 6-0. 
Sofia Madrid and 
Izabelle Persson clinched the point defeating Zhansaya Bakytzhan and Izem Olcer (EKU) 6-0.
 
Kennesaw State secured all six matches in the singles competition to claim victory. Ema Barianakova defeated Sasha Parkhomenko winning 7-5, 6-0. 
Taylor Dean downed Marilou Cote on court two 6-2, 6-2. 
Sofia Madrid defeated Emmeline Polevoi on court three 6-1, 6-3. 
Sophia Unger commanded Izem Olcer on court four 6-2, 6-3. 
Izabelle Persson dominated on court five defeating Zhansaya Bakytzhan 6-2, 6-1. Terezia Barianakova defeated Mariia Triska on court six to make it a 7-0 sweep.
